ADA Australia is a statewide, not-for-profit, independent, community-based advocacy and education service, supporting and improving the wellbeing of older people and people with disability. ADA Australia has nine offices throughout Queensland, with its head office located in Geebung.

ADA Australia is seeking applications for a temporary full-time or part-time Intake Advocate.  

The Intake Advocate is the first point of contact for clients accessing services through our 1800 statewide telephone number. The Intake Advocate provides information and support to ADA Australia clients to ensure that they are sufficiently informed to empower them to make their own choices and have their rights and interests respected.

The role is classified as a SACS level 5.1 position under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. The position is offered on a fixed-term, full-time or part-time contract basis until 27 June 2025.
