We are seeking an energetic and experienced Case Manager with a proven ability to work with vulnerable children, young people and their families. You will have well developed family assessment and casework skills including an ability to utilize strength based, child centred approach to case management.
You will also have demonstrated experience working with vulnerable children, young people and families with complex needs regarding individual service delivery and a demonstrated capacity for crisis intervention with families.
