About the position
Grampians Community Health in partnership with Ballarat Community Health deliver psychosocial support through the Connecting2Community (C2c) program in the Wimmera and Central Highlands. C2c is a co-designed model of psychosocial support delivered by a multidisciplinary team including peer works and clinicians.
The Intensive Mental Health Clinician is a new role within the Mental Health & AOD program and will ensure a focus on self-management principles and the recovery model.
The position will also contribute to the ongoing development of service offerings to our clients and provide secondary support as required to other organisational programs.

Access to information technology is provided to allow you the flexibility of working from home while remaining connected to Grampians Community Health staff, supervision and management.

Grampians Community Health values our employees by supporting professional development to develop the knowledge and skills of our staff to better meet the needs of our clients. Clinical supervision is provided for all staff who require it for their professional practice.
