About the Role

Effectively lead the development and implementation of universal entry early childhood services and targeted programs within, and from, the Child and Family Centre in Waterford West. This will include working closely with staff and families that access the CFC in determining family and child needs, using data inferences to inform program planning. Accordingly, the CFC Manager will also work closely to develop and implement programs around increasing the attachment-based parenting skills of families and activities that target the early engagement of caregivers in their child’s learning journey. The role will also oversee the coordination of staff case managed interventions that support the wrap-around in-home care to vulnerable families across the Logan region.
