Family by Family is a home grown model, co-designed with families for families. It leverages the lived experiences of families and couples this with proven social theory and evidence based practice, to create confidence, self-agency and resilience for all families engaged.  Families attest to the program’s ability to shift the negative effects of intergenerational disadvantage. We offer services in North, West and Southern Suburbs of Adelaide.

Do you love working with children in a fun and dynamic team with a large focus on learning with play?

As a family focused service we are able to offer a lovely culture in a caring, fun and friendly environment where staff are valued and respected.

This is a Casual Role across wider Metro Adelaide. Travel required for this role

Kids Coaches work to create a learning environment for children, promoting the principles of Family by Family and ensuring children are engaged in all aspects of the program and feel safe, connected and supported.

You need to:

  • Hold a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent/relevant experience.
  • Enjoy working in a fun and dynamic environment with a large focus on learning and play
  • Be creative, open minded, confident & imaginative
  • Passionate about child education and contribution.
  • Have a strong understanding of children as role models and circle of security
  • Be able to laugh, sing, have fun, play, engage, and inspire early years children
