The Position 
Positon Title: Lead Clinician – Child and Adolescent Mental Health
Classification: NP81-NP74, YC42-YC45, YB20-YB23
Salary per hour (exc. super): $42.82 – $54.26 dependent upon classification
Hours per fortnight: 64
Employment Status: Part-time fixed term
Key Requirements: COVID -19 Vaccination

 

Role Description

  • You will provide holistic, family centred, assessment, early intervention, clinical treatment and support for children / young people and their family/ carer (s). 
  • Identify, engage & collaborate with other key community agencies and service providers involved in the recovery, support and discharge planning consistent with the child / young person and their family / carer (s) needs. 
  • Work within a dedicated, supportive multidisciplinary team.

The Team 

The team is part of Bendigo Health?s Mental Health Department. Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) is a community based, multidisciplinary team that works with children and adolescents 0 – 18 years who are displaying serious emotional, relationship, personal care or behavioural disturbances that impact on family and social relationships and/or their functioning in school or the workplace.
