The Opportunity
You will provide leadership in the development and effective management of the Relationships Australia NT’s Relationship, Couple and Family Counselling Service.
You will provide effective supervision and practice guidance to team members and contribute to the organisations Early Intervention stream.
Services will be culturally responsive, evidenced based, in alignment with best practice standards and client needs. You will undertake direct staff management, maintain contractual compliance, and contribute to risk management.
About You
You will hold a tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, counselling or a related field, and a minimum 3 years’ experience counselling clients, including couples and families in an office setting.
You will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in the provision of clinical supervision.
And, you will either be ready to take the next step in your career into management, or you may already have experience in a management role and want to increase your development in this area.

- A satisfactory Northern Territory working with children check
- A satisfactory national criminal history check
