Manager, School Counselling
This position can be located in Tweed Heads, Lismore, Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie
Full time, 5-year recurring contract commencing 16 January 2023

Work Requirements:
- hold a valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check).
- a current/valid Australian Driver’s License and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment
- a Criminal History check
- requirement to travel between location.
Qualifications:
- A registered psychologist or Social Worker with Mental Accreditation.
Work Experience:
- At least five years’ of clinical experience working with school aged children and their families
- Experience in providing clinical supervision would be highly regarded
- Experience in a senior role would be highly regarded.

- Evidence of effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated experience in providing clinical support to mental health practitioners.
- Knowledge of WHS and equity principles in the workplace.
- Respect for the teachings of the Catholic Church and by conduct and lifestyle, ability to give witness to the Church’s mission.
