Your role:
As a Wellbeing Officer, you will enter the Navy as qualified member of the human services sector, working at sea and ashore. You’ll work together with religious chaplains and be responsible for providing non-religious pastoral care and spiritual support to all Navy members and their families. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting civil ceremonies and secular services for a range of occasions including individual and ceremonial events.
You will also have a role in advising on ethical and moral issues affecting the workforce and will take part in character development responsibilities in the training of all personnel.

Salary:
Upon completion of your initial military and employment training, you’ll enjoy a salary package starting from $103,960.

For this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and under 56 years of age on day of entry. You will need to hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant human services field and at least two full years of pastoral care experience.
