What we are looking for
We are looking for casual and part time Educators and Facilitators for our Mental Health and Community Services courses, including:
- Diploma of Mental Health
- Diploma of Community Services
- Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management
The successful applicants will work closely with students and our service team.
As a Educator you prepare, deliver and co-ordinate training sessions for units, taking responsibility to support students as they progress through their course at EQUALS.
As a Facilitator you support, guide and assess students during their Work Integrated Learning placements within metropolitan Adelaide.
The students look to you as a role-model and a mentor and you will thrive if you enjoy actively participating in life at the Institute.
The successful applicants will enjoy problem solving and dealing with diverse peoples. We are looking for good communicators with recent industry experience.

Requirements
Appropriate vocational experience and qualifications.
Educators and Facilitators must hold their TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Proficient using information technology, sufficient to deliver online teaching and tutorial sessions.
