Mental Health Centre Manager Mars Recruitment

JOB DESCRIPTION

My client is a leading NGO overseeing a range of mental health services across the southern and eastern suburbs of Perth.

Due to organisational expansion, they are now in search of an experienced mental health manager / leader to take up the role of overseeing small multiple sites across the far southern suburbs.

The Role

Reporting directly into the Regional Manager you will be tasked with the following;

  • management and oversight of program services
  • work alongside other site managers
  • oversee the provision of the range of counselling services delivered
  • continuously evaluate the planned business plan against performance
  • identify gaps in services
  • stakeholder engagement
  • management of up to 3 Team Leads
  • have an awareness of changing community trends
  • understanding of funding requirements

About You

You will be an experienced Clinician with a background in Psychology, Social Worker, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or another allied health discipline recognised by the tertiary mental health services sector and have eligibility for memberships with a relevant professional body. You will also possess.

  • recent demonstrated experience managing teams
  • demonstrated experience working at operational management level
  • a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the mental health sector, preferably youth services
  • hold a police clearance dated within 6 months
  • current working with children checks
