The Opportunity
We require a Mental Health Clinician to join our Albury Community Continuing Care Team. This clinical position is part of the Adult Mental Health Team and is responsible for the provision of assessment, evidence based treatment and case management services to adults with psychological disorders, mental illness or who are at risk of developing a mental illness. Primary responsibilities include providing case management and support to clients with a recovery focus, enabling an individualised and self-determined treatment plan.
