JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Part-time (0.9 FTE) – 67.5 hours per fortnight
  • Located in Whyalla or Port Augusta

About the role:

Promote positive mental health outcomes for clients in the primary care setting, including;

  • Delivery of a collaborative, goal orientated, evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies within a primary care setting for eligible clients
  • Working with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a collaborative model of care, implementing assessment & treatment services
  • Consulting and liaison with other health & community service agencies to facilitate a coordinated approach in treatment and recovery

About You:

  • Qualified and experienced Mental Health Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists
  • Full registration with relevant registration authority (AHPRA or AASW)
