We have an exciting new contracting opportunity for Mental Health Clinicians (EAP) and we’re on the hunt for a teammate to join our VIC team based in Glen Waverley.

About our opportunity:
This role will see you providing employee well-being services, counselling and trauma support face to face/phone setting. Engage in a range of diverse and rewarding clinical work across the public and private sectors where no day is the same.
We would love to talk to you if you:
- Are a registered Psychologist (AHPRA full registration), Social Worker (AASW) or Counsellor (ACA minimum Level 3 and/or PACFA Clinical Member)
- Have demonstrated skills in short-term counselling, psychological first aid and trauma-informed practices
- Have knowledge and experience in managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss
- Have demonstrated ability to work comfortably with a variety of presentations using valid clinical frameworks
- Have a high level of written communication skills
- Have confidence and resourcefulness to adapt to changing circumstances and environments
