Mental Health Clinician – Full Time – Kadina
Country & Outback Health’s extensive primary mental health footprint extends throughout regional and remote South Australia. Our team is continuing to grow, and this exciting opportunity will give the right candidate the opportunity to make a difference within our communities.
About the role:
- Promote positive mental health outcomes for clients in the primary care setting, including;
- Delivery of a collaborative, goal orientated, evidence-based therapeutic interventions & strategies within a primary care setting for eligible clients.
- Working with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a collaborative model of care, implementing assessment & treatment services.
- Consulting and liaison with other health & community service agencies to facilitate a co-ordinated approach in treatment & recovery.
Qualifications:
- Qualified and experienced Mental Health Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists
- Full registration with relevant registration authority (AHPRA or AASW)
- National Police Check
- Department of Human Services Child-Related and NDIS Worker Check Screenings.
