The Victorian Government has allocated funds to support rural and regional Area Menta Health Services (AMHS) to provide incentives to attract workers to roles that are difficult to fill.
The new workforce relocation and incentive grants program is being administered by Rural Agency Workforce Victoria (RWAV).

About the role
Clinicians who undertake a career at BHS ? BMHS will find the role is both challenging and rewarding, with exposure to a wide range of mental health disorders and treatments experienced by young people aged 0-14 years. Our clinicians develop comprehensive knowledge and expert skill in the provision of contemporary mental health treatment for clients and families, leading to many opportunities for career progression and advancement.

Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Undertake routine triage duties
- Routinely provide evidence-based and best practice clinical intake assessments
- Clinically manage a caseload of clients as the primary treating clinician
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills in daily clinical practice
- Actively and effectively work within a multidisciplinary team
Skills and experience
You will have:
- Relevant professional qualification in Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Social Work as well as current registration to practice.
- Experience in the delivery of evidence-based and best practice, family inclusive interventions for infants and children
- Knowledge of contemporary evidence-based and best practice interventions treatments
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill
