The Opportunity
We require a Mental Health clinician to join a busy and committed multidisciplinary team based in Wangaratta. Primary responsiblities include assessment and care planning, out-reaching case management, liaising with stakeholders and workign closely with individuals and their support people. We offer a wonderful opportunity in the spectacular north-east region of Victoria with all it has to offer.
