SustainHealth Recruitment are seeking experienced Mental Health Clinician’s to work with our valued clients throughout Australia on both a Fixed Term Contract and a Permanent basis.

We are currently seeking applications from Mental Health Clinician Professions, including:  
  

  • Clinical and Registered Psychologists
  • Psychiatric Nurses (of all levels)
  • Social Workers
  • Mental Health OT’s
  • Substance Abuse Counsellors (AOD or ATOD’S)
  • Eating Disorder Therapists
  • Trauma and PTSD Counsellors
  • Forensic Mental Health Experts
  • Art and Music Therapists
  • Marriage and Family Therapists

  • Mental Health Counsellors
  • Psychotherapists
  • Behavioural Analysts

  
  
Professional Requirements:
  
You will have experience one or more of the below public, private or NGO professional settings:  
  

  • Inpatient
  • Community
  • Casse management
  • Acute
  • Sub-acute

  
Candidates must possess the following qualifications, accreditations, registrations, and clinical backgrounds:
  

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical Mental Health setting (public, private or NGO)
  • The relevant professional qualification
  • Accreditation and Registration: Hold relevant professional accreditations and registrations as required by your specific mental health discipline and the relevant Australian governing bodies
  • Have working and or Visa rights to live and work in Australia full time
  • Clinical Background: Demonstrate a strong clinical background and a deep understanding of evidence-based practices in mental healthcare as well as the Relevant Mental Health Acts associated with the state you are working in
  • Hold or be willing to provide all relevant compliance documentation, including but not limited to immunisation history, criminal history check and working with children’s check.

  
Specialisations: Depending on the roles we have available, we may seek specialists in various mental health areas, including but not limited to:

  • Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Geriatric (Older Adult) Mental Health Specialists
  • Maternal and Peri and Post Natal  
  • Forensic Mental Health
  • Couples and Family Therapy
  • Neuropsychological Assessment
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders

  
Experience: The necessary level of clinical experience may vary depending on the role, spanning from entry-level positions suitable for recent graduates to senior roles tailored for experienced practitioners.

Specialised Training: Ensure you hold any specific training, post graduate or certifications relevant to your selected mental health specialisation.
