THE ROLE:
- Undertake comprehensive assessments and tailor individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.
- Facilitate various therapeutic interventions, encompassing individual counselling and group therapy sessions.
- Foster collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the holistic care of clients by addressing their mental, emotional, and psychological requirements.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and research in the mental health sector, maintaining a high standard of care.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified Professional: A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential. Active registration with relevant governing bodies is a prerequisite.
- Compassionate Expertise: Demonstrated experience in offering therapeutic interventions across diverse mental health concerns.
- Strong Communicator: Proficiency in interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with both clients and colleagues.
