  • Choice of working pattern: full-time or part-time

About the role:

Promote positive mental health outcomes for clients in the primary care setting, including;

  • Delivery of a collaborative, goal orientated, evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies within a primary care setting for eligible clients.
  • Working with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a collaborative model of care,  implementing assessment & treatment services.
  • Consulting and liaison with other health & community service agencies to facilitate a coordinated approach in treatment & recovery.

About you:

  • Qualified and experienced Mental Health Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists
  • Full registration with relevant authority (AHPRA or AASW)
