Murray PHN is a part of the national network of Primary Health Networks across Australia. We work closely with the primary health system to identify opportunities to improve health outcomes in our community.

About the role:
Murray PHN is seeking someone with strong relational and project management skills who has a desire to make Mental Health and Suicide prevention services better for people in communities across Northern Victoria.
The Mental Health (PTS/CCC) Coordinator works alongside communities and service providers as a key contributor to the design, procurement, evaluation and ongoing management of funded Psychological Therapy Services (PTS) and Clinical Care Coordination (CCC) programs in the Murray PHN region.
Working as part of a high functioning and supportive team, the successful candidate will commission mental health services and contribute to the joint regional planning process for mental health and suicide prevention. The successful candidate will exercise program oversight and their highly developed project management skills to ensure timely performance of commissioned activities.
This role provides a great opportunity for locals with experience in the health or social services sector to use their experience and knowledge to enact meaningful change within our communities. While Mental Health and/or AOD experience is preferred, candidates with experience in a related field with transferable skills for the position are encouraged to apply.
What we offer:
- Full time, Maximum term position (to 30 June 2023).
- Salary range – NC5 ($90,204 to $98,642) plus superannuation.
- Location options: Bendigo, Shepparton, Mildura or Albury.
