MENTAL HEALTH DAY PROGRAMS MANAGER

We are looking for an Allied Health Professional to step up into a part time leadership position (4 days per week)! Join our team managing and supporting our amazing staff!

About the Role

The position is accountable for managing the daily operations, labour hour utilisation, staff establishment, program stream management, quality projects and staff performance management of the Day Program Department.
About You
- Degree in Allied Health Discipline (bachelor’s or higher) with a least 3 years’ experience in a staff leadership position within the healthcare industry
- Registration and/or Accreditation with relevant professional discipline (e.g. AHPRA)
- Post graduate qualifications in management or a willingness to work towards same
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure
- Have previous experience in a private hospital setting (desirable)
To succeed in this role, you will be an effective and approachable leader with a natural ability to build rapport and effective relationships with both internal and external clientele.
