CMHL is also employing a LLEWs Program Coordinator who will provide support, coaching, and instructional design expertise to grow and develop the educational knowledge and skills of the successful Family/carer Workforce Development Educator candidate. We acknowledge that as a new role, individuals applying may require/desire additional support to do this role effectively.

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to
- Draw on your extensive experience working in mental health services
- Respond to the workforce development needs of LLEWs and the broader mental health workforce
- Work effectively and efficiently in the CMHL team
Your Contribution
- A minimum of Cert IV training and assessment and/or adult education (or equivalent industry experience)
- Passionate and committed individual who values collective contribution and works from a values-based and strengths approach
- You are proactive and have a strong attention to detail
