Are YOU a Passionate PSYCHOLOGIST, ACCREDITED MENTAL HEALTH SOCIAL WORKER, mental health occupational therapist, play therapist, counsellor, or EMDR trained psychotherapist wanting to make a difference and looking for a sea change?

Who are we looking for?

Evolve Psychology Group is looking for team members who can work autonomously as well as be part of a close and collaborative team. We offer salaried positions and provide a flexible work environment that is child friendly for working parents. We have part time and full time positions available (sorry, no contractor arrangement or provisional psychologist roles currently available).

Evolve Psychology Group is a well-established business, now in its 5th year. We are a busy and dynamic private practice located in Vasse, providing psychological services to children, adolescents, adults and families. The services we provide are evidence based and our psychologists are dedicated to improving their knowledge and skills through continued professional development, clinical supervision, peer consultation and industry specific training. Our practice offers a compassionate, people-focused, flexible and collaborative environment to our clients as well as our team.

Requirements

We are looking for Mental Health Professionals who meet the following requirements:

  • Full registration with AHPRA (psychologists); or registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (accredited mental health social workers); or registration with Australian Counselling Association (counsellors and psychotherapists)and eligibility to apply for a provider number under the Medicare Benefits Schedule (if applicable).
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Working with Children’s Check.
  • Demonstrated skills to build rapport and engage clients.
  • Experience working with clients within a range of presenting issues.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents.
  • Ability to use practice management software (training provided).
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Strong ethical practice is essential.
