(Accredited) Mental Health Social Worker or Psychologist – Permanent Part-time Role

TaylorMade Counselling is looking for an (Accredited) Mental Health Social Worker or Psychologist to join their Melbourne team. Office located in West Melbourne. The right candidate will provide face to face and online counselling sessions.
- Part time role – hours negotiable
- Centralised appointment booking and management.
- Supervision and professional development opportunities.
- Some after-hours availability would be preferred – one evening a week and/or Saturdays.
- Immediate or flexible start date, client sourcing and full administrative support.
- No rental or overheads contribution is required.
REQUIREMENTS
MANDATORY
- Accreditation or working towards same preferable, minimum 3 years post-grad if so.
- Highly desirable if registered with AASW.
- Must have own ABN.
- Maintain Professional indemnity insurance no less than $5 million per occurrence
- Maintain Public liability insurance no less than $20 million per occurrence
- Able to promote the profile of TaylorMade across the community through providing professional, caring service delivery and through an online social media presence
- Highly developed therapeutic skills with experience providing a range of approaches.
- Report writing skills.
- Demonstrate high level communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently under approved professional supervision.
- Effective caseload management.
- Need to provide own computer.

- Training and facilitation skills welcomed.
- Knowledge and proficiency in the Halaxy client management system.

- Previous experience working in a counselling practice would be highly regarded.
