Mental Health Specialist Limelight People

JOB DESCRIPTION

Limelight People are keen to speak to Mental Health Professionals with good working knowledge across Adult services, specifically Mental Health. We are currently supporting a growing service in the community looking to increase headcount in their established multi-disciplinary team.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience of carrying a complex caseload in Community Adult Services and a mental health setting
  • Qualification in Social Work  
  • Working knowledge in Disabilities, NDIS and Mental Health
  • Excellent case management and care coordination skills.
  • Community Development and program management skills
  • History of working in a multidisciplinary team and taking a collaborative approach
  • Current working with children’s check and police check
  • Full driver’s license
  • Access to a vehicle with comprehensive insurance and business use.
