  • Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with ASD, including an understanding of sensory needs, communication challenges, and behaviour support strategies.
  • Expertise in working with individuals facing mental health challenges, complex needs, and engaging with families and carers.
  • Ability to provide information and mentoring to build capability, establish social connections, and facilitate access to relevant services.
  • Prior experience working with individuals with complex needs in the mental health and/or disability sector.
  • Experience in leading group activities for clients experiencing mental ill health is desirable.
  • Willingness to undertake relevant training.
  • Understanding of the Community Services sector and the ability to build strong relationships with service providers, clinical teams, and key stakeholders.

Pay & Work Schedule
