Mental Health Support Worker

Conscious Care Group are undergoing a period of growth and are looking for a number of new Mental Health Support Workers to join our team.

Previous experience working within the Mental Health space is highly advantageous and specific experience working with ASD, BPD, DID, PTSD and Schizophrenia will be highly regarded.

Staff with AIN, EN or RN experience are also encouraged to apply as we do offer support services to HPS Participants.

Conscious Care Group are looking for Support Workers with open availability, with shifts usually occurring between 0600-1400, 1400-2200 and both Active and sleepover overnights from 2200-0600. 

Conscious Care Group also have a number of SIL’s within the Logan region, Support Staff willing to travel to this area will take priority over GC only Support Workers. 

All applicants must possess:

Mental Health Experience

Yellow Card/NDIS Workers Clearance

Blue Card/ Working with Children Clearance 

First Aid/CPR Certificate

Australian Drivers Licence

Roadworthy and Insured Vehicle
