Qualifications & experience
- Cert III in Community Services/ Mental Health/ Disability related qualifications preferred or relevant experience
- Own Insured Vehicle suitable to transport Participants – Vehicle Allowance Paid as per Award
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting NDIS Participants with Community access including attending appointments, shopping, social engagements, some in home cleaning and to attend Groups.
- Lead small groups in Social engagements and assist in preparation for activities
- Assist NDIS Participants in Center Based activities
- Assist with Supports in a Respite Facility
- Industry related Administration duties such as Shift Report Writing
