Rural Health Tasmania is an established health and well-being organisation that offers free health services across the North West, Central Coast and West Coast of Tasmania.
We are Seeking Passionate Social workers and Mental Health workers to join our Multidisciplinary team on the beautiful North West Coast.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Work Collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Establish Therapeutic Relationships with clients in our office settings
- Engage and liase with other services
- Update Client records
- More duties as per the relevant Role Position description available on the Rural Health Tasmania Website.

Selection Criteria
- Minimum Diploma or relevant Tertiary qualifications
- AOD and Mental Health experience desirable
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- 2-5 years’ experience in clinical or community settings; Care Coordination and/or Case Management experience with experience in Mental Health Settings desired.
- Current Working With Vulnerable Persons Registration
- National Police Check
- MUST have full Australian work rights – no sponsorship is available
