Goal Coach was founded by a team with deep experience in the NDIS, mental health and aged care sectors, and a long track record of setting up and scaling businesses and organisations, across multiple disciplines such as client intake, servicing, operations, HR and team scaling and recruitment, marketing and finance.

 

Role details

Our Junior Coaches work with our Recovery Coaches and Customer Success team to support our clients.  

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Client sessions, interaction and support
  • NDIS related research and service coordination 

 

 Your background

  • Interest in mental health, ideally with some work experience and study in Psychology, NDIS support work, Nursing or Aged Care 
  • Experience with customer service
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Passionate about helping organisations grow and onboard new clients and partners
  • Superb communication skills and relationship building skills 
  • Able to work cross functionally with a highly flexible attitude 
  • Strong process management and improvement skills 
  • Keen to have an impact in building something – not be a cog in a wheel 
  • Highly proactive and self starting
