About the role:

We are currently seeking a Psychologist to join our multi-disciplinary in Tarneit 

  • We are looking for a highly motivated Psychologist that thrives on working independently and has the drive to help and grow a team
  • You must understand evidence based best practice to delivering service to our clients
  • Previous history of working with children is preferable but not essential. You will have a mixed case load of all ages
  • KPI’s are secondary to providing exceptional healthcare, however you will also understand their importance and consistently work towards achieving them

Requirements:

  • AHPRA Registered Psychologist (full or provisional registration)
  • NDIS experience and understanding is preferable but not essential
  • A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
  • Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with referrers such as support coordinators and other networks as well as being able to demonstrate and validate those sources
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Current driver’s license and registered vehicle
  • Other qualifications specific to disability will be regarded as highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously
