NDIS Support Coordinator/Psychosocial Recovery Coach Raya Healthcare

JOB DESCRIPTION

Who are we?

Raya Healthcare is a boutique, NDIS Registered, Support Services company that was founded in 2019. Inspired by the life and story of Alice, the niece of our founders, we believe that everyone deserves the chance to be able to achieve their goals and live a full and productive life. We aim to support our participants with the highest quality, individualised support, guided by the goals they have outlined in their NDIS plan.

Our Values

We pride ourselves in developing meaningful connections with our participants, to understand their unique circumstances and provide them with supports that meet and exceed their expectations.

We provide personalised support plans that are individually developed from the ground up. At Raya Healthcare, we recognize that no two individual cases and experiences are the same, therefore neither should be our approach to providing supports to our participants.

About the NDIS:

The NDIS is the largest social reform in Australia for decades. It is changing the lives of people living with a disability by giving them choice and control over the supports they access. Support Coordination plays an important role in helping some of the most marginalised members of society realize the full potential of the NDIS.
