Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a [job title] to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia’s most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

An experienced Youth Worker to support young Indigenous Australians with their socio-emotional and health needs through coordination of support that focuses on physical and emotional health and wellbeing, with the goal of maintaining employment, learning life skills and completing their traineeship.

Key Duties

  • Create wellbeing plans to assist with the individual needs of our trainees including complex needs.
  • Design, plan and manage the effective and efficient delivery of innovative programs our Indigenous trainees that support their needs, and contribute to their personal and professional development.
  • Coordinate residential services as it relates to the team, infrastructure and training organization in partnership with the NITA Operations Manager
