Position Overview:
As Workforce Leader with nb&a group, you will play a pivotal role in leading our pre-injury services team of highly skilled rehabilitation consultants to deliver exceptional care and support to our clients. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that our services are of the highest quality and adhere to best practices in the field. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Rehabilitation Consultants to optimise engagement & performance.
- Manage and supervise a team of rehabilitation professionals, including conducting file reviews, performance evaluations, providing guidance and support and fostering a positive work environment.
- Undertake the core responsibilities of a RTW Consultant via a small case load as a hands-on practitioner.
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with clients ensuring complete knowledge of services and products offered by nb&a group.
- Identify new client opportunities and promote cross marketing of other products/interventions offered by natalie bottroff & associates pty ltd.
- Attend marketing meetings to promote services as requested by General Manager, Operations or Principal Consultant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field e.g. Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy, Allied Health
- At least 2 years’ experience in rehabilitation services.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of personal injury industry, including relevant statutes and regulations and injury management processes
