Occupational Therapist- APM Graduate Program Advanced Personnel Management

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for passionate Occupational Therapy graduates who want to make a real difference in the lives of those they treat, to join our two-year Graduate Program. 

You’ll work with a team of dedicated allied health professionals, supporting your clients on their journey to return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury.  

In this role, you’ll be… 

  • Completing functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessments 
  • Conducting worksite assessments to understand what duties your client can complete to help them achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goals 
  • Collaborating with other health practitioners through case conferencing 
  • Organising rehabilitation activities for your client incl. Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc. 
  • Reviewing and analysing medical reports e.g. MRIs, X-Rays, etc. 
  • Our Graduate Program will provide you with a well-rounded knowledge base to accelerate your career and mentorship and supervision along the way to make sure you are supported as you learn.

You’ll also need to: 

  • Be eligible for AHPRA registration upon graduating 
  • Have graduated in the last 12 months or by early 2024 
  • Agree to a pre-employment national criminal check, prior to employment 
  • Australian full working rights
