We require Full, Part time and casual Occupational Therapists for our growing team in Townsville
  
Working with a motivated and friendly team within Anglicare SQ – Townsville branch. The role is diverse and is designed to help to support, assess, provide, and coordinate Occupational Therapy services.

About the Role

  • Customer focus and services: Identifying and working with clients to meet care goals and working within Commonwealth Home Support program and Homecare package funding budgets. Assisting planning, assessing and goal planning with clients and significant others.
  • Assisting with the financial budgeting and management: Knowledge of the Commonwealth home support program and HCP funding scope. Manage, recommend, and support full utilisation of available funding in line with the Scope of the funding legislation and using a wellness and reablement approach..
  • Knowledge and skills: Understanding of the underpinning legislation and the scope of practice. Ability to work with the clients and significant others to manage resolutions within and upholding the policy and procedures and Values of Anglicare SQ. Working with the focus of wellbeing and reablement to ensure our clients are reaching their goals.
  • Experience in the role previously or a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Required to be applicable to work in Australia without restriction.
  • Have full AHPRA registration and practicing rights.
  • Have at least 12 mon
  • A National Police Certificate
  • A current COVID-19 vaccination certificate
  • Minimum 12 months experience within your profession.
  • Have a reliable, insured Vehicle.
