OT Inspire Australia operates out of the beautiful location of Mparntwe (Alice Springs) and provides a personalised and holistic approach to mental health and disability therapeutic services. In our unique approach we not only work with people and their families through clinical sessions- but also assist with reducing isolation and improving relationships through our facility and community-based programs.

Essential Criteria for Applicants:

  • A passion for working to promote inclusivity and equal opportunity for diverse communities
  • The ability to effectively time manage and prioritise tasks as required
  • A willingness to learn and a commitment to their own personal and professional growth and development
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate with people from diverse cultures
  • Experience in preparing and maintaining up to date and accurate clinical notes and reports using clear and concise language 
  • The ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team where necessary
  • New graduate program available

 

Eligibility requirements

  • AHPRA Registration
  • Current Australian Drivers License
  • Current National Police Clearance 
  • Current Working with Children Check 
  • Australian/New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident

 

Salary negotiable on experience

Full time/ Part Time positions available
