Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist or Psychologist Psychological Assessment and Therapy Centre

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist or Psychologist to join our team in 2023! Part-time and full-time options available with flexible hours and days. 
 

Psychological Assessment and Therapy Centre (PATC) is a small business located in Bendigo that is growing into a well-established practice. Our team provides responsive and integrated allied health assessments and services, including psychology, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and social work. Our highly experienced and skilled team provide a wide range of assessments and therapy services for people of all ages, including toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families.
 

 We are looking for a successful candidate to assist with the ongoing referrals for clients of all ages, including young children, adolescents, adults and families. Our team values our relationships with clients, families, workplaces, referrers, schools, kindergartens and other healthcare providers. The right candidate would share and uphold our values when working as a member of our collaborative multidisciplinary team.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Assessment and report writing
  • Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans
  • Complete sessions with students in our space or in the broader community (school, kinder, or home)
  • Completion of notes and related administrative needs
  • Flexible caseload, with clear and reasonable client hours
  • Engagement in supervision, team meetings, and being part of the collaborative team approach
  • Hours negotiable (equivalent to 2-5 days per week, can be done in any combination to suit the right person)

 

Qualifications and experience

Relevant university course, and registration with governing body (Speech Pathology Australia or AHPRA depending qualifications)
