About the Role:
The Onsite Services team provides services which proactively support the mental health and wellbeing of our customers. We’re seeking qualified and experienced counsellors, psychologists, social workers or pastoral counsellors who also have capacity to proactively respond to a variety of Onsite workplace support needs including Walk and Talk, one on one counselling, Toolbox meetings, lunchtime awareness sessions, peer supervision for managers and general support.

We are looking for individuals who:
• Have had experience in a relevant role, along with the relevant qualification and registration with the appropriate professional body.
• Are caring, compassionate and driven to make a positive difference in people’s lives
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and across multiple customer locations
• Have demonstrated ability to manage own time, priorities and workload factors
• Are self-motivated, a relationship builder, and can respond quickly to situations
• Are knowledgeable, proactive, quick thinking
• A current driver’s licence and if relevant, your own vehicle
