About the role 

You will join our flagship Therapy Pro for Kids multi-disciplinary team in [location]. With access to industry renowned ECEI professionals, we will support you to draw upon your expertise and devise evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change.

As a Psychologist at Therapy Pro for Kids, you will: 

  • Provide developmental assessments, diagnostic reports and tailored information, to empower parents and carers whilst providing the right support for their child.
  • Work with a highly diverse NDIS caseload with children from 0-12 years.
  • Manage your own caseload and calendar to suit your lifestyle and the needs of your clients.  
  • Receive ongoing professional development and opportunities for growth. 

You will be able to work from home and in community settings, supporting clients in the environment that best supports their goals and outcomes. Our Assessment Clinics are a valuable resource for you to utilise, creating a welcoming environment for children in a clinical setting that will support your work.

About You

  • You have experience working in or a strong desire to understand the community sector and NDIS market 
  • You have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to develop collaborative relations with clients, referrers, and colleagues 
  • You are flexible in your approach to working with a variety of clients and their families, operating in an individualised way with each person 
  • You are a qualified Psychologist eligible for an AHPRA Registration
  • You hold or are willing to obtain a current Working With Children Check and a NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencing
  • You have a full, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle
