In the role as Palliative Care Social Worker, you will provide high quality evidence based Social Work Services to Palliative Care team, including evidence based psychosocial care to clients in their homes and in nominated clinics, within the Latrobe City Area.
To be successful, you will require;
- Bachelor of Social Work and or Masters of Social Work;
- Victorian’s drivers licence;
- Membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers;
- Employee Working with Children Check;
- Evidence of immunisation history and COVID-19 vaccinations are required.
