Paramedic – Rehabilitation Consultant Nabenet

JOB DESCRIPTION

Pros of Transitioning from Paramedic to Occ Rehab from our Paramedic team members:

  1. Improved work-life balance: Regular working hours, finishing on time, with flexible scheduling options and a supportive management approach promoting a healthy work-life integration.
  2. Familiarity with on-road work: Occ Rehab still involves fieldwork, providing a mix of office-based and on-road responsibilities.
  3. Expansion of clinical knowledge: Existing clinical knowledge from being a paramedic is beneficial, and learning in Occ Rehab can also benefit future casual paramedic work.
  4. Reduced stress: Moving away from the front lines of emergency response leads to a calmer work environment.
  5. Continuation of helping people: While the immediacy may differ, team members can still see the positive impact of their actions in facilitating and managing claims in Occ Rehab.

Overall, the transition offers improved work-life balance, familiarity with fieldwork, expanded clinical knowledge, reduced stress, and the satisfaction of making a positive impact in a different way.
