At U-Turn Anxiety we’re seeking a highly experienced, results driven coach to serve our fast growing client list of Parents needing support. We are a profitable small business on a large growth trajectory, helping kids thrive without anxiety holding them back. Using the most effective evidence based methods we provide parents with online content, coaching and a supportive community through our Calm Parents and Kids Membership. This role requires a strong understanding of parenting challenges and functional family support to reduce anxiety. You’ll be joining a team that’s making a significant impact in anxious and neurodivergent children’s lives. You’ll be instrumental in helping children and families transform from surviving to thriving. The ideal candidate will be reliable, growth oriented and dedicated to the U-Turn Anxiety Mission and Vision with a long-term commitment to being part of our highly motivated team.
Qualifications & experience
- A minimum of 2 years or 200 hours of coaching experience supporting children and families
- A coaching, education, counselling, psychology or other relevant certificate / accreditation.
- Specific experience supporting children with neurodivergence, particularly, ADHD and ASD is preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Coaching parents of anxious children who may also have ADHD and or ASD
- Occasional coaching of the client’s child.
- Personal client calendar booking management
- Use of Keap CRM to access and store client information
- Initial and ongoing professional development training to align with U-Turn Anxiety methodology and cutting edge evidence based learnings
