This role is based in Berri and Renmark with some outreach in Waikerie.

What You Need to Bring:

• Educational Background:
• • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services (such as Social Work, Education, Youth Work, or Employment Services) or equivalent experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Specific qualifications or training in working with families facing multiple and complex needs in community or employment services.
• Essential Certifications:
• • Child Safe Environments and RAN-EC qualification.
  • A current Child Safe Environments certificate.
  • Mandatory Checks:
  • • Current DHS Working with Children Check.
    • Current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Professional Experience:
• • Experience in human services setting, with a solid understanding of various intervention models.
  • Proven track record in providing case management services to young people and/or families.
  • Experience working with marginalised individuals, including expertise in case planning and complex case management.
• Key Skills and Commitment:
• • A strong commitment to the principles of social inclusion and quality management.
  • Excellent community engagement skills, including networking, negotiation, mediation, and public relations.
  • Knowledge of, or experience in, educational and vocational areas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management.
