Be part of a growing regional Forensic Mental Health support team working in the Geelong and Warrnambool area

About the Role:

  • Work collaboratively within a Forensic Mental Health Team supporting people in their communities.
  • Work within an ever expanding Lived Experience Team

Duties:

  • Mentor recovery using your own lived experience
  • Ensure best practice and human centred approach amongst the supporting teams.
  • Ensure consumer is at the centre of their supports

 

About You:

  • Have a lived experience of the Mental Health and or Criminal justice systems as a consumer or carer
  • Demonstrated commitment to Mental Heatlh recovery
  • Have the ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Knowledge and understanding of the experiences of consumers in a Forensic Mental Health setting.

  • A personal lived experience of being a mental health consumer or carer of a mental health consumer?
