About the career opportunity
The people and culture team are seeking a skilled professional with human resource experience ideally from within the social services sector, although candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply.
A broad and varied role, the Advisor partners with managers across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Far South regions providing support and advice in all facets of people, culture and safety. From employee relations and performance management to workforce planning and recruitment, advising managers through change, supporting learning and development opportunities, management of information systems, policies, contracts and workplace health & safety, no two days are the same.
About you
To succeed, in addition to your generalist HR knowledge and experience, you will demonstrate a confident, whilst kind and empathetic approach to engaging with internal stakeholders. As a champion of culture, you will clearly display how your approach ensures people can bring their whole authentic selves to work, with a smile.
Due to the broad and varied role, you must be equipped with the skills to manage multiple projects and deliverables across all facets of people, culture and safety. You will be confident to work independently, with minimal supervision, whilst also embrace and enforce the power of team collaboration, which is embedded into the DNA of CareSouth.
