Part-TimeFull-Time $89K-$120K p/a + Super + Training Bonus + KM

Or make the switch to Independent Contractor rate $100 – $140 per hour.

Clinicians required for our growing team: Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Regional/Remote & Online. 

​Make application -Join our PBS ‘Trainee Team’ salary from $75K – Free Training and Supervision program to develop your knowledge to move into entry level/Core PBS – We support and mentor entry level Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Qualifications & experience:

  1. NDIS behaviour support practitioner registration, AHPRA, AASW accredited or able to work towards!
  2. Relevant tertiary qualification or experience.
  3. Successful candidates will need current Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain) & Driver’s license.

 PBS Tasks & responsibilities:

  1. Interim Behaviour Support Plans, Functional Behaviour Assessments, Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans.
  2. Mixed caseloads, range of disabilities, disorders and mental health conditions.
  3. Intervention: skill building, building quality of life, authentic outcomes that are self-determined and person centred.
  4. Collaboration to implement, monitor and review Behaviour Support Plans.
  5. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
