We are seeking people to join the Matchability team who are experienced in the provision of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Planning for people with a disability in the Gippsland region (work from home + travel).
Roles are available in the following formats – full time/ part time (minimum 3 working days, pro-rata). Start dates are expected to be in January 2023.
You must be capable of creating high-quality reports and will be required to conduct functional behaviour assessments and create behaviour support plans. Ideally, you will be tertiary qualified in a related area. Psychology, Social Service, Allied Health, Education and Disability professionals are encouraged and welcome to apply (PBS training provided). Opportunities exist to also practice therapy supports related to your professional experience and combine disciplines.
Pay rates are determined on level of assessed capability at competitively tiered rates starting at $90K + Super + Travel allowance and Laptop and Phone with generous data and calls included.
We are also seeking an Advanced or Specialist Practitioner to provide oversight of plans and adjusted caseload. An Advanced or Specialist practitioner will need to be degree qualified and member of professional body (e.g. AHPRA) with appropriate accreditation along with proven oversight of plans and advanced PBS practice knowledge. Salary for this role is $120K + benefits.
You should be Person-Centred and able to communicate effectively with people with a disability of all ages, their Support Networks and other Professionals such as Allied health Services, Education and Medical Services.

You will need effective IT skills, ability to manage time effectively and operate as part of a team. You will need to commit to self-development and team orientated approaches to case management and be available for at least 20 hours per week (pro-rata) during business hours) along with 2 hours of Peer Support or 2 hours support of others (dependant on experience).
You will need a reliable, insured vehicle and license, Working with Children Check (Victoria), current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or seeking these. All applications are subject to assessment under the Behaviour Support Capability Framework, managed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
