This role involves direct PBS service provision to participants under the NDIS, as well as providing PBS training, coaching and modelling in Aspect Adult Community Services group programs.

Aspect’s PBS practitioners are provided with evidence-based and individualised support and supervision, assisting practitioners to build and develop skills and progress in the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission PBS Capability Framework.

  • $98,288.46 to $112,861.754 FTE salary package range – (inclusive of superannuation and pro rata for part time/contract term)

The not negotiables

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant allied health discipline (Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work etc.) or Education
  • Current driver’s licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per kilometre) and willingness to travel across your local LGAs
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance for paid employment
  • NSW Working with Children Check for paid employment
  • Completion of the mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ is also required. If you have not already completed this free module, click here to access it.
  • You may be required to provide an international police clearance
